Visual File Downloader 1.4

Visual File Downloader is an easy-to-use download manager program that enables you to download images, files and sites from the Internet. It has thumbnail picture preview mode. The program displays progress during transfer for each file. Supported protocols: FTP and HTTP. Downloaded image or ASCII text files can be viewed in built-in preview window. Supported images that can be displayed are: JPEG, GIF, BMP.PCX, PNG, ICON.

FEATURES

• Download file
  Visual File Downloader can download single file. If file is HTML, the program downloads single HTML file without images and links to other pages.
• Download Web page
  Visual File Downloader can download web page with embedded links corresponding to IMG, BACKGROUND, FRAME and other tags.
• Download Web site
  Visual File Downloader can download entire site with specified recursion depth excluding links not belonging to downloading site.
• Thumbnail preview mode
  The program has thumbnail preview mode. Downloaded images are displayed in the main window as thumbnails. Supported images that can be thumb nailed are: JPEG, GIF, BMP.PCX, PNG, ICON.
• Image preview
  The program has image preview mode. Selected images are displayed in the preview window. Supported images that can be displayed are: JPEG, GIF, BMP.PCX, PNG, ICON.
• HTML and ACSII text preview
  The program can display HTML or other ASCII text files in the program preview window.
• Concurrent transfers at the same time
  Visual File Downloader can download one or several file simultaneously.
• Transfer resume or overwrite
  Visual File Downloader can resume, overwrite or skip existing file.
• Transfer auto-resume
  If transfer was broken by connection error then it is automatically resumed without restarting download.
